We officially launched F3 South Fork on 8.21.21 at Powerhouse in Folsom after a very slow fade to completely musical workout led by our Nantan Paperboy. We have 9 AOs in the region and are looking to grow and serve in these communities we are a part of. If you know of any men that could use these three F’s in their life, or new to F3 and looking to find out more, we encourage you to set that alarm clock, show up to the workouts, bring a friend and see what it’s all about.
