Nantan – Daniel Goeke (Potts)

The Nantan position in F3 South Fork centers around cultural/spiritual leadership of the region and He who occupies it is expected to lead the SLT with vision, articulation, persuasion and exhortation.  The Nantan knows where the region has been, can see a position of advantage from where it currently stands and locks shields with all other members of the SLT to add, modify and align toward a common goal for the region.

Weasel Shaker – Kevin J. + Gary A. (Peacock + Roblox)

The Weasel Shaker in F3 South Fork is responsible for managing and maintaining the stats in our region. In practice, this means uploading post numbers on a daily basis. This also includes providing other SLT members important data such as kotter lists, site numbers, trends, etc. to help our team know when and where to add or remove sites.

Comz-Q – Ivan H. (Carpool)

The Comz-Q position in F3 South Fork is to maintain communication within the region via Band. This is achieved with weekly announcements, watching the calendar and brining up dates, keeping the SLT updated on mumble chatter, posting any SLT communication as needed. Maintaining the social media postings via Facebook and Instagram.

ITQ – Brandon C. (Goodgame)

The IT Q in South Fork is responsible for maintaining the F3 South Fork website and maintains accurate information for the South Fork workout locations on the F3 Nation Map.

1st F Q – Brian E. (Singe)

Ensures the smooth running of the AOs. He holds regular Q Schools to encourage leadership of workouts. Chief Naysayer on anything that doesn’t allow PAX to be “Freed to Lead”.

2nd F Q – Miles G. (Cage Free)

Mr. Party Pants. Whether it be Happy Hour, family picnics, Christmas Parties, or Coffeeteria, this is the guy who makes the donuts. The CommzQ is his best friend, as he attempts to get Pax motivated and excited about Fellowshipping together.

3rd F Q – Jaime B. (Doodles)

Understands the needs and wants of his Pax. Can plant anything from an open discussion group to a regular community service opportunity for Pax. His role is the essence of F3. Male COMMUNITY Leadership.

Ruck Q

Coordinates ruck events and ensures anyone that wants to get into rucking has the opportunity to.

PR Q

Handles external communications and manages the “brand” of F3 for the local region with the community.

Site Qs

The F3 Ambassadors, if you will. Every man’s first impression of F3 will likely be guided by the work of these men. This is where the rubber really meets the road.

He makes sure that the core principles are kept intact, which is impossible to do if HE ISN’T THERE. So, the inferred commandment is, BE THERE. Every time. Period.

He plants the flag for the AO, makes folks feel welcome, makes sure the disclaimer is correctly spoken, picks up the 6, etc.

He manages safety for the site (don’t post if there is a bunch of lightning, that sort of thing).
He champions the Q schedule. Practices Voluntoldism…
He sells the AO, the Qs, and the Mission of F3.
He harasses Qs to write BBs, etc.
